Clifton Park Center Announces Multiple Additions

THE CAPITAL REGION TO WELCOME REGAL CLIFTON PARK STADIUM 10, HILTON GARDEN INN, OLIVE GARDEN, BUFFALO WILD WINGS, AND THE MEAT HOUSE

CLIFTON PARK, NY – The town of Clifton Park has become accustomed to the vast improvements that DCG Development has brought to the community for years. The latest improvements to the Clifton Park Center will be obvious as new tenants such as the Hilton Garden Inn, Olive Garden, Buffalo Wild Wings, and The Meat House begin to arrive. In addition, current Clifton Park Center tenant Regal Cinemas, will introduce the new Regal Clifton Park Stadium 10.

Regal Clifton Park Stadium 10 is slated for a fourth quarter opening in 2011. The old theatre will be demolished, and an entirely new one will be built in its place. The new theatre will feature the latest RealD© 3D technology, stadium seating in every auditorium complete with high-back rocking recliners, a state-of-the-art computerized indoor box office, and a party room, available to guests to celebrate birthdays, family gatherings, and other functions.

The Hilton Garden Inn® will be calling Clifton Park Center home with an initial completion target for fourth quarter of 2011. From their oh-so-comfortable beds, to cooked-to-order breakfast and complimentary WiFi, Hilton Garden Inn® has everything you need at more than 500 locations worldwide, and the Clifton Park location will boast direct mall access, making it the most unique hotel to open in the Capital Region for years. The hotel will also feature conference and banquet facilities. The hotel will be five stories tall, with 108 rooms, and will be constructed above an existing section on the west side of the mall.

The Olive Garden, a family of restaurants known nationwide for their focus on delighting guests with a genuine Italian experience, will be opening a 7,450 sq. ft. restaurant on an out-parcel at the north entrance to Clifton Park Center, and is anticipating an opening early in 2012. This addition to the already impressive food and eatery options at Clifton Park Center will provide shoppers and visitors with even more dining choices than before.

The popular Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar is currently under construction, and is anticipating opening in September 2010. Clifton Park Center will accommodate the new tenant with 6,000 square feet of space in the former Steinbach’s department store location.

The Meat House is your neighborhood butcher offering everything you need to prepare a complete gourmet meal. They offer a wide selection of expertly butchered premium meats, fine cheeses, fresh produce, hearty breads, prepared side dishes, Boar's Head Deli products, delectable desserts and pastries, and other gourmet grocery items. The Meat House will also carry over 200 varieties of wines from around the world. Anticipated opening is November 2010 next to Metro Mattress.
