DCG DEVELOPMENT CONTINUES TO BRING JOBS AND EXCITEMENT TO SARATOGA COUNTY  

 

DCG Development Company is pleased to announce that Jos. A. Bank men’s clothing store is now open at Clifton Park Center. The store is another in a great line-up of retailers filling the diverse shopping center in the heart of Clifton Park, New York. Visit them just outside of the north entrance to the center, near Marshall’s Homestore.

 

Jos. A. Bank is not just another menswear retailer. What makes them unique, as sited on their website, is also what has attracted customers to their stores for 106 years: a heritage of excellent quality and workmanship; an extensive selection of beautifully-made, classically-styled tailored and casual clothing that is competitively priced. They also offer tailoring and tuxedo rental. Clifton Park, one of the fastest growing areas of Saratoga County, provides the perfect demographic for their newest regional store. They are located just outside the north entrance to the mall, near Marshall's. 

 

Jos A Bank is just one part of the bigger picture for Clifton Park Center, which has a few new retailers ready to join the family. One such addition is Modern Day Music (MDM) is a Music Academy that has created a whole new approach to getting kids (and adults alike) involved in playing music. Their premier program is Rock School. This is not just about rock music but it is about rockin' your instrument and having a rockin' time! Whether you are playing pop, country or any style of rock, Rock School is about having a blast while playing and performing live with your friends and band mates. This is a program where students of all ages not only learn to play their instrument one on one with a music coach in a private coaching session.  In a word, MDM and Rock School make learning to play and perform music cool.

 

Clifton Park Center is half way through their expansion plan and everything is on target. Adding the Regal 10-plex, a 104-room Hilton Garden Inn and numerous new retail shops and services are just a part of their plan to grow and expand.  For Regal, all ten theaters will be digital, with 3-D capacity and new stadium seating. Regal boasts that the new multi-plex, scheduled to open in mid- October 2011, will be the first state-of-the art complex in the area. The new theaters will be 45,000 square feet, almost doubling the size of the old cinemas. Along with the Regal Cinemas’ expansion, you will see a new Olive Garden on the mall property and several more soon-to-be-announced retailers. With the completion of the expansion, DCG Development will be responsible for the creation of hundreds of jobs in Saratoga County.

The hotel will provide lodging and meeting space that will attract conferences, special events, trade shows and more, creating local and tourist traffic resulting in increased business for the mall and the area. The Hilton will be the first hotel in upstate New York that enables visitors to enter a shopping center directly from the hotel lobby.
